Amazon updates the free Kindle for Android app again. this time to version 4.1.0.66, or v4.1.0 for short.Two months ago, Amazon had a large Kindle for Android Update (v4.0.1.3), which was fully described and discussed here, with the help of knowledgeable contributor Tom Semple, who always goes beyond what's described in the product description after examining thoroughly the updates himself.

This update to both the phone and tablet versions of Kindle for Android includes (from the Amazon Kindle forums -- emphases mine):
